Our services
- Alcohol dependency
-
We understand that many factors can lead to drinking more than is healthy, often resulting in alcohol dependency.
Every year, thousands turn to us for help with worries about their drinking, alcohol withdrawal symptoms, or its impact on their health and relationships—or for support with a loved one’s alcohol use.
We’re here to help you cut back or stop drinking completely, supporting you every step of the way.
Our New Beginnings services are located in Brent and Cheshire West and Cheshire. Our Via services are located in Gloucestershire, Greenwich, Harrow, Hillingdon, Kingston, Merton, Redbridge, Surrey and West Berkshire.
- Drug use
-
We recognise that there are many complex reasons people use prescription and non-prescription drugs.
Every year, thousands reach out to us, concerned about their drug use or that of someone they care about.
Whether you want to cut down or stop completely, we’re here to help you regain control.
Our New Beginnings services are located in Brent and Cheshire West and Cheshire. Our Via services are located in Gloucestershire, Greenwich, Harrow, Hillingdon, Kingston, Merton, Redbridge, Surrey and West Berkshire.
- Residential detox & rehabilitation
-
For those dealing with alcohol or drug dependency, stopping suddenly can be uncomfortable and, in some cases, dangerous. There’s a high chance of relapse without proper support. In such cases, a UK residential service offering detox and rehab may be the best path to recovery.
If you’d like to explore whether residential detox and rehab is right for you or someone you know, talk to your support worker at your local drug and alcohol service or reach out to our expert team.
Our residential service, Passmores House, provides specialised care to support recovery, helping people achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives.
- Employment support
-
If you’re seeking paid employment and have experience with drug or alcohol issues, our IPS Into Work teams are here to support you. With the support of a personal employment specialist, you can build the skills and confidence needed to find the job you want.
Sessions are available in-person, online, or by phone to fit your needs.
Our IPS services are available in Islington, Surrey and West London.
