We’re an assertive outreach service in Surrey based on the Blue Light approach.

We work with people who are long-term problematic alcohol drinkers and who struggle to engage with community drug and alcohol services.

The people we support often have complex needs and can have a significant impact on public services, for example social care, emergency services, criminal justice, housing/homelessness agencies, accident and emergency, and hospital admissions.

What we do

We provide different levels and types of support for the individuals we work with such as:

  • Advice and information around health and wellbeing
  • Harm reduction advice and support
  • Referrals into the Surrey community drug and alcohol service, i-access, or other additional support services.

Please be aware that we don’t provide treatment or work with people who are already engaging with treatment services. We also don’t carry out welfare checks.
